24/7 Fitness (also written 247 Fitness or 247FITNESS; official site 247.fitness) is one of Hong Kong's leading round-the-clock gym chains, with branches across Hong Kong and overseas. New Forward Technology designed and delivered the full ELV access-control and CCTV stack across approximately 250 branches: facial-recognition access terminals replace manned front desks, while full IP CCTV coverage lets members enter at any hour and lets each branch operate unmanned 24/7.

The core of the project is automated "access × membership" integration: New Forward used an SDK to connect the access controllers to the brand's existing CRM/membership system. Once a member pays online, entry rights are activated instantly; expiry or suspension syncs automatically to the turnstiles at every branch, with no manual per-site setup.

Unmanned operation has to be safe as well, so New Forward also deployed anti-tailgating detection and AI detection of dangerous situations: if an unauthorised person follows a member through the entrance, the system flags it instantly, while AI video analytics detects dangerous situations inside the club and raises real-time alerts. A central recorder-management platform monitors all branches, with alerts and recorded audit trails for abnormal events, so clubs stay protected around the clock even with no staff on site.

As one of the few ELV contractors in Hong Kong able to handle large-scale chain access deployment, membership-system SDK integration, and on-site hardware (such as INBODY) together, New Forward offers end-to-end service — planning, supply, installation and system integration — for chain gyms, 24-hour fitness centres and unmanned clubs.
