Case overview
New Forward Technology delivered integrated surveillance and intrusion protection for China Resources Logistics across multiple sites — including the Fo Tan cold store, Fanling, Tuen Mun, and wharf locations — unified under cross-site central management. To work within the existing equipment and budget at each site, we adopted a hybrid IP + analogue CCTV dual-mode XVR architecture, letting the client upgrade in phases rather than replacing everything at once. For locations that are difficult to cable, such as elevators and the wharf, we integrated camera and intercom signals over wireless transport, and deployed an outdoor 30-metre wireless AP at the wharf to ensure stable long-range video backhaul.
